Hi, I’m Lisa, a senior freelance content professional based in Toronto. I have over 20 years’ experience working in direct and digital advertising, and content marketing for some of Canada’s biggest brands.
For the past 15 years, my focus has been in content strategy and content design, applying expertise in UX writing, UX design, information architecture and accessibility to help brands conduct meaningful conversations with their customers.
While my approach to every project might differ, the goal remains the same; to build simple, clear, accessible experiences.
